Your atc should be exactly 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches, sturdy and at least 75% should be covered with artwork. The atc can be abstract or representational. You can use any medium except stickers and washi.

NO washi, NO stickers for this atc - original hd, hp, collage, sew, stitch, gel print, rubber stamp, etc. This is an artistic atc. Enclose in a plastic sleeve.

The rest of the envelope should be filled to the max with red ephemera, enough to fill the envelope for a typical first class letter rate to your partner's country. If you have an in-country partner, fill the envelope for that rate. If you have an out of country partner, fill the envelope to the maximum for that rate. Don't waste a single penny of postage and send the most you can.

Try to send at least 3 different items, no paper scraps pls. Everything red themed. Send useful items that your partner can use in their mail art and correspondence.
