ATCET: Fractal Patterned Background

Sprinkle or drop 1 to 2 colors of powdered watercolor that will react to water like Pearl Ex onto a piece of plastic wrap. You can also use ink pads or liquid as long as it reacts to water. Make sure the plastic wrap is larger than the watercolor paper you are using. Spritz the powder with water. Place the watercolor cardstock onto the plastic wrap & flip it over so the plastic wrap is on top. Scrunch up the cling wrap to make different patterns on the cardstock. Let this dry naturally. That is important. Do not us a heat gun to speed up the process. When it is dry, lift the plastic wrap & finish the ATC any way you want making sure some of the background shows. Add a sturdy backing to your 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 ATC with your SB info on the back. Mail in a protective sleeve.
